My stay at Comfort Inn provided a mix of pros and cons in terms of value. The proximity to downtown activities and Cleveland St was advantageous, catering to my travel needs conveniently. The room itself was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment to relax in. However, the minor inconveniences detracted from the overall experience. The out-of-order ice machine was a downside, leading to disruptions in accessing amenities. The noise from the street outside and the water spillage issue in the shower were notable drawbacks.The staff proved accommodating, promptly addressing issues such as room setup discrepancies and providing necessary items like a shower chair. However, the breakfast availability was limited during my stay. The friendliness of the staff was a positive highlight, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.Regarding amenities, the hotel offers standard features such as free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and tea/coffee facilities. However, the absence of a full breakfast service and the inconveniences encountered may question the value proposition for some guests. Comfort Inn's competitive pricing may attract budget-conscious travelers, but the overall balance between cost and luxury leans towards affordability rather than premium experiences.
